Something I’m Excited About

Pumped to introduce the new "reiOS system" to the members of The BetterLife Tribe on Thursday. This is a system designed for solo-and-small-team real estate investors to achieve their personal AND real estate goals. It's based around 6 Principles, and I've been building this for over a year. Something I Can Answer

I’ll be answering two questions asked by a BTB subscriber. Have a question you want me to answer? Reply to this text with your question!

Question: "If you had to define your purpose in one sentence, what would it be?”

My purpose is to show others that life is meant to be lived abundantly, with intention, and with a purpose.

Question: "What is/are the most cost effective ways to add value?”

Adding bedrooms, at least when you go from a 2-bed house to a 3 or 4 bedroom house... huge value created there. Also, just making it look nice (inside and outside) can really drive the value. But my favorite way to add value? Take a property that STINKS and make it smell nice. Oil-based primer can cover almost all nasty smells :)

Something I Recommend
